Complaints against the Commissioner’s Team

The Police and Crime Commissioner is responsible for investigating complaints against members of his team.

If you feel that you have been treated unfairly by a team member or consider that the team member has conducted himself/herself in a manner that falls below the standards that a reasonable person would expect, you have the right to make a complaint.

Should you wish to make a complaint about an officer of the Force of a rank below that of Chief Constable, please contact the South Wales Police Professional Standards Department.

The Commissioner will keep you fully informed of the progress of your complaint at each stage of the complaints process.
