Join our team and help bring the Commissioner’s work to life across South Wales.
We’re looking for a proactive, creative and organised Communications & Engagement Support Officer to support meaningful engagement between the Commissioner, communities and key partners. You’ll help plan and deliver events, capture feedback, and support with producing high‑quality digital content that showcases positive outcomes and strengthens public confidence.
From coordinating meetings and community activities, to creating engaging digital content, you’ll play a key role in how we listen, communicate and respond to the public. You’ll also support our insight work, taking clear notes, summarising key themes, maintaining records and contributing to briefings.
If you’re confident working with diverse stakeholders, skilled in digital media, highly organised and passionate about public service, we’d love to hear from you.
Flexible working, occasional evening/weekend commitments, and travel across South Wales are part of the role.
