‘INSPIRE’ Women Leaders in the Justice System Conference

Recently, Sian Rees, Director of Justice proudly represented the Office of South Wales Police and Crime Commissioner at the first ‘Inspire’ Conference at The Senedd; bringing women together from a range of professions across the criminal justice system, to share the incredible journeys of women leaders and discuss a range of issues that affect women.

Sian shared her passion and career journey to Director, as well as her personal journey of being neurodivergent and how this has become her super-power. Da iawn to Sian and all the speakers for their openness, honestly and inspiring women across Wales to continue to make a difference.
