How was your experience? Anti-social Behaviour Case Review (formally known as Community Trigger) Community Consultation

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales is carrying out a review of Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) Case Reviews to understand their conduct and processes locally.

As the ASB Case Review appeals body, we wish to obtain a better understanding of partnership responses to victims of anti-social behaviour and where necessary, support partners to improve practice so all victims across South Wales receive a consistent, victim-focused response.

If you have been a repeat victim of anti-social behaviour and have taken part in an ASB Case Review, we would like to understand your experience via a short survey available within the link below.

ASB Case Review: How was your experience?

The survey will be open until 5pm 19th March 2026.

Your feedback is important to us and your insights will be reflected within our recommendations report which will be published on our website.
