GRADE: P03 (£47,046 – £50,949) Pro Rata

BASED AT: Police Headquarters, Bridgend

REPORTING TO: Head of Assurance and Compliance

HOURS: 22

TENURE: 12 months

VETTING: MV/SC

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, skilled, and enthusiastic Deputy Head of Assurance and Compliance to join the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.

The successful candidate will support the Head of Assurance and Compliance in delivering the Office’s statutory responsibilities, ensuring robust governance, effective oversight, and compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks. The role requires a high degree of professional judgement, discretion, and technical expertise, together with a strong commitment to public service values. It plays a pivotal role in maintaining and strengthening public confidence in policing and oversight arrangements.
