LGBTQ+ History Month One Stop Information Shop

Celebrating LGBTQ+ History month, members of the team were pleased to attend February’s LGBTQ+ One Stop Info Shop takeover of the National Waterfront Museum.

Over 70 different organisations joined the celebration, which consisted of information stalls, guest speakers, workshops, and a themed film celebrating LGBTQ+ History month.

Born out of a collaboration between the ‘Collaboration Station’, Swansea Council and the National Waterfront Museum, One Stop Info Shop provides a networking and relationship building platform for organisations, whilst also offering a public drop-in for community members to gather support, help, and advice.

The Commissioner’s team were again proud to support this initiative and pleased with the opportunity to highlight the role of the Police and Crime Commissioner, connect with local community groups, and gather feedback on local policing.
