The Deputy Commissioner for Police and Crime will chair, and the Chief Constable's Officers will be present. This Board closely scrutinises specific policing issues, particularly those set out in the Commissioner's Police and Crime Reduction Plan and the Chief Constable's associated Delivery Plan. The meeting will also provide an update on key police performance and projects. The findings will be communicated to the Strategic Board.
